CHEFS JACQUES AND MATHIEU LAGARDE
Jacques and Mathieu Lagarde are an experienced team with a great knowledge of cooking. With a strong focus on sustainability and a zero waste philosophy, they are able to grow their own food, research to fully understand the properties of each product and thus make the most of every part of an ingredient.
They studied cooking in France, their native country, and both have traveled halfway around the world to consolidate their training. Their experience expands as chefs in the best restaurants in Australia (Cotrage Point Inn, two Michelin Stars), New Zealand (Amisfield, Michelin Star) and France (L’Oustau de Baumanière, three Michelin Stars).
