Chef Diego Gallegos (Sollo, 1* Michelin Star and Green Michelin Star) has created Diego And Friends, an event to enjoy Spanish gastronomy on the Costa del Sol. We coordinate with him and his team the monthly meetings with a chef friend, in which each dinner has a unique tasting menu and very special evenings that are celebrated in his restaurant Sollo.
