We organised the presentation of Aquanaria’s Great Atlantic Sea Bass in the Victoria Room of the Gran Hotel Miramar in Malaga. The event was attended by Javier Torres, from Cocina Hermanos Torres (Three Michelin Stars and Green Michelin Star) and numerous chefs from all over the province joint the event as guests. Nahuel Pazos, research chef at BCC Innovation, offered a workshop on cutting Aquanaria’s sea bass which was very well received.
