UNIDOS brings together again the great chefs of Malaga at Cívitas Puerto Banús
Puerto Banús, May 22, 2023 – Malaga’s haute cuisine is celebrating at UNIDOS.
A unique event created from the illusion in which the Michelin Stars: Benito Gómez, from Bardal**; Mario Cachinero, from Skina**; José Carlos García, from José Carlos García Restaurante*; Mauricio Giovanini, from Messina*; Diego Gallegos, from Sollo*; Fernando Villasclaras, from El Lago*; and Diego del Río, from Boho Club join forces to highlight their profession and share a memorable experience with their clients and friends.
On Sunday, June 18, the seven chefs will offer together a dinner with an exclusive tasting menu of 14 dishes representative of their cuisine. The Cívitas Puerto Banús marina will host the third edition of this event in Marbella and it will be a very special evening in an elegant atmosphere.
Each of the seven representatives of Malaga’s gastronomy will present two proposals of their own creation, an appetizer and a main dish.
For starters: polvorón of salted sunflower seeds; macaroni of river sobrasada with cane honey; tartlet of payoyo and beets; carrot meringue, pickled and foie; grilled cabbage with smoked cow emulsion; brioche of Iberian sausage tartar with oloroso cured yolk; and pickled eggplant with baba ganoush of pine nuts.
The tasting menu includes seven magnificent dishes: razor clams with tomato; tuna tartar, pistachios and caviar; squid, radish and seaweed juice; sea bass loin with roe and ash menhir; and shoulder of suckling goat with mint.
And finally, the finishing touch will be provided by two desserts: lemon and basil cream, meringue and mint granita; and coffee, licorice and honey.
