New and delicious bites to taste on the terrace of José Carlos García restaurant and Laurent-Perrier.
Málaga, May 30, 2024 – José Carlos García inaugurates the summer season on the terrace of his restaurant with Laurent-Perrier.
Passionate about the local pantry, the Malaga chef is an ambassador of the French Maison to which he unites his cuisine, based on zero kilometer and traditional Andalusian recipes.
To taste on the terrace, José Carlos García presents a menu with different bites of his cuisine as the salted butter brioche with lobster and cocktail sauce, the oyster with Bloody Mary, the shrimp with coconut and seaweed, the lobster and foie ravioli, caviar with butter and brioche bread, scallop and citrus tartlet, Blázquez loin, a selection of Malaga cheeses, bacon with citrus and chocolates in textures.
A snack that can be paired with a glass or bottle of champagne Laurent-Perrier Brut La Cuvée, the reference that firms the style of the House; Laurent-Perrier Cuvée Rosé, the first champagne made by a maceration process in 1968 in Champagne; Laurent-Perrier Brut Millésimé 2015, Laurent-Perrier Blanc de Blancs – Brut Nature, a 100% Chardonnay champagne, without any added sugar, which allows you to feel the purest aromas of the Chardonnay grape; Laurent-Perrier Grand Siècle Iteration N°26 and Laurent-Perrier Alexandra Rosé 2004.
The terrace, open to the outside and with wonderful views of the Mediterranean, is a privileged space in the Port of Malaga, located next to the unique Chapel of the Virgen del Carmen, in front of the mooring of luxury yachts and with the monumental backdrop of the Alcazaba and the Cathedral.
José Carlos García faces the reopening with great enthusiasm “since last year this collaboration is a dream come true. With this space we intend to seduce our customers again through the terrace, and in a more informal way, with a snack and a magnificent champagne. Laurent-Perrier is an extraordinary firma and the best partner in this project.”
