Cava and juices: A selection of bottles of cava along with natural juices pressed by Pressumia, with no added sugars or additives, and flavored waters with fresh fruits and herbs.
Specialty coffees: Coffee roasted in Seville by Ineffable Coffee, with unique flavor profiles, along with the classic Café Baqué Colombia 100%.
Selection of cheeses and Iberian cured meats
Artisan cheeses and cured meats from Guijuelo are presented with nuts and fresh fruits, highlighting the traditional flavors of high quality.
Bakery and toaster
Sourdough breads made daily by local bakers, complemented with homemade jams and butters.
Hot Dish Station
Contains scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, candied tomatoes, sautéed mushrooms and beans, served in chafing dishes to keep them warm.
Healthy choices
Cereals, seeds, nuts and yogurts accompanied by fresh seasonal fruits, many of them locally sourced, are presented both whole and cut into individual portions.
