Art dinner at Boho Club: an evening of creativity and unforgettable flavors.

Photographer Jesús Chacón and chef Diego del Río will share the secrets of their creative processes in a unique experience that will merge visual art and haute cuisine.

Marbella, January 27, 2025 – On February 6, Boho Club will become the setting for an exclusive evening that promises to awaken the senses and the intellect. Under the title “Art Dinner”, renowned photographer Jesús Chacón and chef Diego del Río will share the secrets of their creative processes in an unrepeatable experience that will fuse visual art and haute cuisine.

An Inspiring Dialogue Between Flavors and Visions
The evening will begin with a conversation between Jesús Chacón and Diego del Río, who will reveal how they transform concepts, emotions and visions into unique works. This exchange will offer attendees an intimate look into the nuances of their creativity, from capturing images that tell stories to crafting dishes that stir emotions.

Both professionals have worked together on Boho Club’s last two advertising campaigns, where Jesús Chacón has taken striking photographs that explore a transgressive narrative. In these images, Diego del Río appears serving a table spectacularly decorated with colorful dishes and surrounded by characters dressed in colorful outfits, reflecting the vibrant and creative spirit of the restaurant.

A tasting menu for the senses

Chef Diego del Río has designed an exclusive tasting menu (€120, drinks not included), which will reflect his passion for Andalusian cuisine and his experience in the great international kitchens. The gastronomic proposal will include:

  • Selection of appetizers:
    • Pickled oysters.
    • Prawn croquettes with its tartar.
    • Mini mollete of Iberian prey steak tartar.
  • Tasting menu:
    • Corn soup, Malaga white shrimp, avocado and pickles.
    • Velouté of foie gras, PX, boletus and hazelnuts.
    • Sea bass with Iberian gazpachuelo.
    • Japanese-Andalusian Wagyu rib with crispy potato.
    • Pavlova, yogurt mousse, sorbet and Granny Smith apple compote.
