Boho Club and Victoria beers present a signature menu with a Malaga flavor

Marbella, May 21, 2025. – Boho Club and Cervezas Victoria join forces this summer to offer a very special tasting menu, designed by chef Diego del Río. The proposal, which will be available at Boho Club’s restaurant lunches throughout the month of June, from Monday to Friday, was born with the purpose of highlighting the flavors of Malaga through a unique dining experience that combines local produce, technique and a careful selection of craft beers.
This collaboration celebrates the gastronomic richness of Andalusia with a contemporary approach, pairing each dish with one of the new craft references of Cervezas Victoria, designed to enhance the nuances of each elaboration.
A MENU WITH ANDALUSIAN ROOTS AND PAIRINGS WITH CHARACTER
The menu, composed of seven courses, begins with a roast beef toast with tuna emulsion and crispy capers, accompanied by Victoria Clásica, which balances the marine umami of the dish. It is followed by a prawn fritter with a colloid of its coral, also harmonized with Victoria Clásica, ideal to highlight the nuances of the crustacean.
Roasted red shrimp with yellow chili, toasted chilies and pickled green mango is paired with Victoria Pasos Largos, prolonging its marine character. Next, a grilled sea bass with Andalusian gazpachuelo, roasted pak choi and notes of the Orient finds its perfect match in Victoria Malacatí, which enhances the spicy notes of the dish.
