A Memoir, the new gastronomic experiences of Boho Club by Diego del Río.

Marbella, January 27th, 2023 – Boho Club presents A Memoir, a total of five gastronomic experiences by Diego del Río.
As if it were a book of memoirs, during this year, the chef will recreate his professional career in the kitchen in five chapters and with different tasting menus, prepared with the kitchen colleagues who have marked his history.
In Diego del Río’s own words: “A Memoir is an excuse to pay tribute, in the form of events told in chapters and conceptualized in different menus, to all those professionals who have marked my career as a chef. An ephemeral legacy embodied in the form of unique events, whose succession of passes aims to leave a testimony of experiences in which I have learned, with which I have dreamed. Each experience or chapter of A Memoir will have a limited capacity and a price per person of 190 €, which includes the wine pairing proposed by the sommelier of Boho Club, Richard Mena.
