Marbella, April 28, 2026 – On the shores of the Mediterranean, where the sound of the waves sets the rhythm and the sea breeze embraces every moment, Tony’s Beach Marbella has established itself as one of the coast’s must-visit culinary destinations. Descended from the historic Chiringuito Los Tony’s, this iconic venue has evolved with time while remaining true to its essence: authenticity, fresh produce, and the pleasure of unhurried dining.

Since 1995: The Origin of a Classic

Paula de la Calle García founded Tony’s Beach in 1995, driven by the vision of a pioneering woman who, through hard work, intuition, and a deep connection to the sea, built from the ground up a beachside chiringuito that would eventually become a landmark destination in Marbella.

Her vision, character, and dedication shaped an authentic destination where quality produce and simplicity took center stage. Born on the sand, with the aroma of charcoal-grilled fish and the sound of the sea as its backdrop, Los Tony’s became a gathering place for generations of locals and visitors alike.

Today, that story evolves.

In April 2025, Tony’s Beach Marbella embarked on a new chapter under the leadership of the second generation, headed by Paula Sánchez de la Calle alongside Executive Chef Ivo Wakar. A project that honors the legacy it has inherited while confidently embracing a new identity rooted in gastronomic excellence.

The venue has been completely rebuilt, giving rise to a more refined, elegant, and contemporary setting, perfectly in harmony with its natural surroundings. A transformation that is reflected not only in its aesthetic, but also in the very soul of the project.
