La Veranda has a distinguished dining room team that takes the utmost care of the service to the delight of the diner.
The almost theatrical experience of the preparation of the dishes plays a fundamental role, so that the beef steak tartar is prepared in front of the customer; the traditional matured simmental chateaubriand is carved on the spot and at the table; and one of the most emblematic desserts of the classic cuisine is also recovered, the crêpes suzettes, which are flambéed in an endearing cart, according to the guest’s taste.

Chef Santiago Altuna has created a varied proposal in which local ingredients and recipes predominate.
In the starters, the free-range egg on creamy truffled potato and crispy artichokes, the fish and seafood cream with shrimp and crispy tapioca or the grilled foie gras on brioche with ice cider sauce and Granny Smith apple.
And dishes for vegans such as grilled spiced white asparagus with pipirrana and fennel, grapefruit and cashew vinaigrette; Thai purple eggplant with balsamic reduction and Kalamata olives.
