La Veranda kicks off the summer season in Marbella with the opening of its terrace at Anantara Villa Padierna

Benahavís/Marbella, June 4, 2024.- With the arrival of summer, La Veranda opens its terrace at Anantara Villa Padierna, member of The Leading Hotels of the World and Michelin Key.
A perfect place to relax and enjoy outdoors an exquisite gastronomic proposal, which includes a selection of traditional recipes with a modern touch and prepared with the best products of this season.

In an incomparable atmosphere, the restaurant has a distinguished dining room team that takes the utmost care of the service to the delight of the diner.
The almost theatrical experience of the preparation of the dishes plays a fundamental role, so that the steak tartar of beef is prepared in front of the customer; the traditional chateaubriand of matured simmental is carved on the spot and at the table; and one of the most emblematic desserts of the classic cuisine is also recovered, the crepes suzettes, which are flambean in an endearing cart, to the taste of the guest.

The varied menu is dominated by local ingredients and recipes, such as the pistachio and coconut ajoblanco, the Mediterranean shrimp tartar, or the stuffed red mullet.

The succession of dishes of the dinner at La Veranda may be accompanied by the excellent wines and sparkling wines, national and international, from the winery, which has more than 300 references.
