EL LAGO RESTAURANT AND MOËT HENNESSY GROUP JOIN FORCES TO CREATE SINGULAR EVENTS
Marbella, September 25, 2023.- El Lago and Moët Hennessy Group join forces to create unique events in Marbella.
The restaurant is located in Elviria, holds the Michelin Star since 2005, and currently has Fernando Villasclaras at the head of its kitchen, where he builds a pure gastronomic proposal, based on seasonal produce and zero kilometer.
The Moët Hennessy Group, the champagne and spirits division of LVMH, brings together twenty-five Maisons, many of which have been in existence for centuries, with a unique know-how that focuses on hospitality and resource management to create exceptional experiences for customers.
The first event resulting from this collaboration took place a few days ago on the restaurant’s terrace, with its wonderful views of the lake and the golf course.
In this open-air space, a party was held with Chandon Garden Spritz and a cocktail with bites from El Lago’s tasting menu, from the Midi menu, its more casual gastronomic line.
Chandon Garden Spritz is the perfect aperitif to enjoy with friends.
The recommended perfect serve is prepared with three ice cubes, a slice of dried orange and a sprig of rosemary.
A proposal that combines perfectly with El Lago’s Mediterranean cuisine, such as flaky potatoes with steak tartar, orange, pickled fennel and carrot encominá, red tuna tartar cone or prawn and cuttlefish croquettes.
