A NEW CHAPTER FOR JOSÉ CARLOS GARCÍA IN MÁLAGA: NOW A FREE AGENT

On September 28, José Carlos García will embark on a new chapter with the opening of his restaurant at Calle Vélez Málaga, 8, in La Malagueta, next to the Centre Pompidou Málaga and about 300 meters from his previous location.

The new space was created based on a concept that encapsulates this new phase: NOW, FREE. A statement of intent that speaks to evolution, maturity, and the freedom to choose how to approach the kitchen, the dining room, and the restaurant experience at this moment.

It’s not about breaking with the past or starting from scratch. It’s about moving forward from a different place: recapturing the essence, gaining freedom, and building a restaurant that’s more in tune with José Carlos’s current vision, his approach to cooking, and the experience he wants to offer his guests.
