Solidarity gastronomy for children with diabetes: more than 60 Michelin chefs at ChefsForChildren 2025

Madrid, January 22, 2025. -The magic of gastronomy and solidarity come together once again in ChefsForChildren, a unique event that brings together more than 60 Michelin Star chefs with a clear objective: to teach children to eat healthily and support children affected by type 1 diabetes.
With the slogan “Eating healthy is fun”, this 7th edition will be held at the Anantara Villa Padierna and will feature cooking workshops, a gastronomic forum and a charity gala dinner, all in favor of DiabetesCERO, a foundation dedicated to the research of type 1 diabetes.
Every year more and more cooks from all over Spain participate altruistically in this initiative, contributing their love and professionalism. In 2025, we are collaborating with DiabetesCERO, the leading Spanish foundation researching a cure for type 1 diabetes. This autoimmune disease, which appears mainly in childhood, has no cure and its incidence is increasing. Every year, between 1,200 and 1,500 children under the age of 15 are diagnosed; 1 in 42 families in Spain lives with this chronic disease.
