Press Release
La Zambra turns summer into a series of events featuring food, music, and outdoor movies

Mijas, July 16, 2026.—With the arrival of summer, La Zambra Resort is rolling out a program designed to let guests enjoy the long afternoons and evenings of the Costa del Sol. Fine dining, live music, outdoor movies, and new culinary offerings make the resort one of the season’s must-visit lifestyle destinations, both for guests and for those looking to enjoy a unique evening in a stunning setting between Málaga and Marbella.
Mediterranean Nights
On Saturdays, the Palmito restaurant celebrates its Mediterranean Nights, an event that blends Andalusian cuisine and tradition in a stunning setting overlooking the Sierra de Mijas, the resort’s gardens, and its pools.
Diners will be able to enjoy the restaurant’s regular menu throughout the evening, and starting at 8:30 p.m., they’ll be able to discover a selection of special off-menu dishes created exclusively for the occasion, while a live flamenco performance provides the soundtrack for the evening.
And for those who prefer a more intimate evening, Picador It will also feature live Spanish guitar music every Saturday, creating a more relaxed atmosphere to complement its traditional Andalusian cuisine, reinterpreted with a contemporary twist.
Fresh Rituals: Sunsets with a Mediterranean Flavor
Every Thursday, Friday, and Sunday, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Bamboleo becomes the setting for Fresh Rituals, an event designed to let you enjoy the sunset in one of the resort’s most special spots.
Live cooking demonstrations featuring ceviches, tiraditos, and other raw bar specialties, a selection of signature cocktails, and live music come together to create a relaxed and sophisticated atmosphere where you can spend the afternoon as the sun begins to set over the Costa del Sol. An invitation to enjoy the essence of summer in a privileged setting.
