The journey begins with a small bite full of love, followed by a delicate red shrimp bisque, a spiced sea bass with curry sauce, a surprising oxtail cannelloni in mornay sauce with Pedro Ximénez wine reduction, and culminates in a delicious Valentine’s dessert: a white chocolate mousse with goat cheese ice cream.
