VALENTINE’S DAY WITH MICHELIN STAR IN THE PORT OF MÁLAGA

Malaga, January 15, 2026 – This Valentine’s Day, let yourself be carried away by the magic of the senses and celebrate love with a unique experience at José Carlos García Restaurante. In a privileged setting, overlooking the Alcazaba and the Cathedral of Malaga, every dish becomes a gesture, every taste an emotion and every moment an indelible memory.

It has been 24 years since chef José Carlos García has been defending the Michelin Star at his restaurant, a space where he transforms Andalusian tradition into pure creativity, and where technique is combined with emotion and irreverence is dressed in elegance. His cuisine is a reflection of his personality: passionate, faithful to his roots and always in constant evolution.

For this special occasion, he has designed a Special Valentine’s Day Menu that celebrates the best products of the land with a touch of audacity and sensitivity:

• Sunflower seed polvoron
• Crispy saffron and rice
• Pipirrana seasoned with anchovies in vinegar and mango
• Artisan mollete, EVOO and dressed butter
• White garlic with mango and smoked eel
• Blue fish cured in sea salt, with roasted sweet potato and toasted onion in short broth
• Norway lobster ravioli with foie gras and crispy mushrooms sauce
• Salmon trout with beurre blanc, shallots and celery ball whipped cream
• Iberian sirloin steak en papillote, potato crijiente and Café de Paris mustard sauce
• Romantic dessert of natural vanilla cream, raspberries in sorbet and pink meringue crisp

The menu is accompanied by a bottle of Laurent Perrier Brut champagne and a gift book signed by the chef for the couple, for 440 € for two people (VAT included).
