El Lago celebrates Christmas with a special gastronomic proposal in a warm and cozy environment.

Marbella, December 18, 2025 – Christmas is experienced in a very special way at El Lago, which during these dates is transformed into an even more cozy and enveloping space. The decoration in red tones, the carefully chosen tablecloths, the warm light of the candles and an elegant Christmas tree create the perfect setting to enjoy an intimate and refined celebration, where every detail is designed to make the guest feel at home.

This special atmosphere is complemented by the close, attentive and highly professional service that defines the experience at El Lago, an essential value to live the Christmas celebrations from the tranquility and enjoyment, both at Christmas and New Year’s Eve.

For the occasion, Chef Milos Zdravkovic has designed a special Christmas and New Year’s menu, available from December 23 through January 6, that pays homage to these dates through noble products and elegant flavors. The experience begins with an aperitif of champagne, caviar and white truffle, followed by a French Gillardeau oyster accompanied by Osetra caviar and a homemade brioche with white truffle butter. As a starter, diners can choose between a delicate foie gras terrine with smoked eel and marron glacé chestnuts or an intensered shrimp bisque . For the main course, the proposal offers the choice of a turbot in champagne beurre blanc sauce with ratte potato and wild mushrooms, or a duck breast with orange sauce, roasted pumpkin puree and winter vegetables glazed with white truffle honey, with the possibility of adding white truffle or Osetra caviar. The finishing touch is a reinterpreted classic dessert: red velvet.

The menu is priced at 185 €, with the option of adding a champagne pairing for 65 €, carefully selected to enhance each dish and turn the evening into a complete gastronomic experience.
