Diego And Friends presents new events with the great figures of international gastronomy.

Fuengirola, September 18, 2023.- Chef Diego Gallegos (Sollo, 1* Michelin Star, Michelin Green Star and two Repsol Suns) has created Diego And Friends, an event to enjoy haute cuisine with his chef friends, in a sustainable gastronomy forum and a dinner with a unique tasting menu prepared by six hands.
This 2nd edition gathers a total of six meetings, the first two were starred before the summer by prominent national and international chefs such as Iván Cerdeño and Inés Páez, and Miguel Ángel de la Cruz and Fernando Rivarola.
The next four events, to be held between September and December, will feature Martina Puigvert and David Yárnoz, Maca de Castro and João Rodrigues, Rodrigo de la Calle and Randy Siles, and Pepe Solla and Rodrigo Castelo.
As an anfitrion, Diego Gallegos shows his excitement with the idea of cooking again with colleagues with whom he shares a passion for his profession.
“This project means a lot to me. That twelve friends come to my house, and bring their gastronomy to Fuengirola, is a magnificent opportunity for my customers to taste their unique cuisines. We are all firmly committed to sustainability and together we will value local and local produce, a quality that also characterizes Sollo.”
