Marbella, November 18, 2025. – The Cascada Marbella restaurant, located in a natural enclave in the town of Malaga and led by brothers Jacques and Mathieu Lagarde, will travel to the capital to star in an exclusive six-handed dinner with chef Thomas Stork, executive chef of Mandarin Oriental Ritz, Madrid, one of the most emblematic gastronomic hotels in the country. The experience will take place next Wednesday, November 26 at Palm Court, under the iconic glass dome that serves as the culinary epicenter of the hotel.

The menu – with eight courses and ad hoc selected pairings – is inspired by the season and the link between nature and cuisine, taking the sea, mushrooms and game as the common thread. Each team will sign four elaborations, creating a sensory journey in which absolute respect for the product, refined technique and pure flavors will be the protagonists.

A project with its own identity on the Costa del Sol
Cascada Marbella has burst onto the Spanish gastronomic scene thanks to the vision of Jacques and Mathieu Lagarde, two young chefs with French and Portuguese roots who have developed a genuine proposal, connected to nature and the territory. Their cuisine is articulated around a respectful and creative use of local, organic and seasonal products, which are materialized both in their menu and in a constantly evolving tasting menu.

Among its most distinctive dishes are the handmade sausages prepared daily -with ingredients such as T-bone steak, goat or swordfish- and dishes of great vegetable and marine sensibility such as sea bass with celery and apple or cauliflower and ajoblanco with mint. With a terrace that breathes serenity in the warmer months and a lounge with fireplace for the winter, Cascada has established itself as a unique gastronomic refuge on the Costa del Sol.
