Marbella, December 9, 2025. – Marbella is known around the world for its summer energy: the beach clubs, the terraces in the sun and the endless nights. However, there is a more intimate, warm and cozy side to the city that few know about, and that finds its ultimate expression each winter at Cascada’s winter retreat. Year after year, the restaurant has perfected its festive atmosphere to become one of the most special places to celebrate the holiday season.

With the fireplace lit, soft lighting and comforting aromas that envelop every corner, Cascada Marbella becomes the perfect setting to share unforgettable moments. Its essence remains true to what makes it unique: a hidden corner where to meet, celebrate and connect with the people most dear to you.

At the heart of the project, chefs Jacques Lagarde and Mathieu Lagarde – with extensive international experience and their recent recognition on Top Chef – continue to develop their culinary vision at Cascada. For this Christmas and New Year they present two special menus that combine creativity, seasonal produce and a deep sense of warmth.

Christmas and New Year’s Tasting Menu – 6 courses – 105 €.

Available on: dinner on December 24, lunch on December 25 and lunch on January 1.

A proposal that reflects the essence of Christmas through comfort, seasonal flavors and a touch of sophistication. The menu begins with brioche with fennel and caviar, followed by country bread accompanied by smoked hay butter. It continues with duck cutlet and charcuterie, then gives way to sea bass gravlax with citrus and apple. Grilled snapper arrives with a Tahitian vanilla bisque and lobster oil, before continuing with sirloin steak with creamy mushroom, mushroom cookie and black garlic. For the sweet finale, chocolate with hazelnut and a vanilla and pistachio millefeuille.
