The Malaga chef paid tribute to his roots last night with an exclusive menu prepared with local products and accompanied by his long-time suppliers.

Malaga, November 19, 2025 – Malaga is preparing to experience a very special few weeks dedicated to gastronomy on the occasion of the imminent Michelin Gala, and the chef José Carlos García wanted to join this celebration with a very personal evening. The Michelin Star chef paid tribute to his roots last night with an exclusive menu prepared with local products and accompanied by his lifetime suppliers: El Colmenero bakery, Fish and Seafood Hermanos González, AOVE Finca La Torre, Frutas y Verduras Eladio and Dimobe winery.
